3_ Process and Comunication
3.1_ SUBMITING COMMISSION INFO・Once you have claimed a slot please send me a DM on Kofi with details about your commission. Kofi DMs also allows you to share images for refrences.・All conversations will be kept on Kofi.・There won't be other methods of communication such as Discord. This is to keep things organized.············································································3.2_ POLICY FOR TTRPG (Table Top Roleplay Game) PLAYERS・Only send the barebone minimal of information・Do not send walls of text with "Story Plots and/or Game mechanics"・Describe their species, body type, personality, colors, gender (if applicable) and clothes・Restrain yourself from describing unnecessary details (like... Tattoos, scars, birthmarks) that will be covered by clothing.············································································3.3_ BEGINING THE COMMISSION・After you submitted your payment and sent me a direct message on Kofi, It most likely take me one or two days to respond.・I will begin to work on the commission only after we agreed on the commission details. (It's very important that you already know what you want before submitting)············································································3.4_ DEADLINE・YouTube is a demanding job and commissions could take from (1) week up to (2) months depending on amount of projects.・There's no specific order on what commissions are done first but you are completely welcome to DM me and ask for updates if your commission is taking longer than a month.
3_ Artistic freedom and streaming
3.1_ ARTISTIC FREEDOM・The more creative freedom you allow the better I work.・I get to chose the pose and background color and textures unless specified.3.2_ STREAMING COMMISSIONS LIVE・You cannot ask or demand your commission to be drawn live on stream.・The more artistic freedom I'm allowed, the greater the chances of being chosen.・If chosen, you cannot ask for changes to be made in the middle of the stream.・ If the commission requires a lot of attention to detail most likely it won't be chosen to be drawn live. That's so I can focus all my energy on said work.············································································3.3_ ART CHANGES・Art changes are not allowed after I already begun working on the piece・Only minor changes or adjustments such as colors be done if requested after the project is done.············································································
4_ rights and usage
4.1_ PERSONAL USE ONLY・I reserve the right to share WIPs and finished commission publicly・You can ask me to postpone the public share up to for a month.・Commissioner may not claim the work to be your own, edit, or set it up for redistribution.4.2_ WATERMARKS・Watermarks are a way to protect both my work and your character and are non negotiable. You may ask to make my logo small. However, all commissions will include a watermark saying "Commission"············································································4.3_ ART FILES AND SIZE・I use Clipstudio Paint EX. I mostly work on canvas 2600x1700 and larger with a 350px resolution.
